"This was the best training program/system that I have ever used! The level of detail along with the efficiency of the plan made it great to use and realistic to fit into a busy schedule. I was very well prepared by using this plan and had a great game plan going into the race and it paid off! At Buffalo Springs 70.3, I PR'd in the toughest conditions I've ever raced in. I can't wait to get into my first Full Ironman distance training program from Tri4Him." –Mike Dilley

"Wow, I can't believe that it been four weeks. I will say when I started I was not sure running at 14 min pace was VERY disconcerting. At first, I had problems keeping heart rate on those runs but it looks like it did help. Run 12-min TT, 2150 m 172 avg BPM [from 1610 m, increased 7 TriDots] . It felt good going at 8:30 pace after 11 mths. I did have some pain maybe coming from my sciatica (pain in my right butt check). I will get it worked on over the next four weeks and check it at the next TT. However, I was able to finish up my run with 40 minutes steady at 12:15 pace without pain. Maybe it will fix it self??? I couldn't have done that before compartmental surgery. My bike TT was amazing, I set a race heart rate at 160-170. Went almost two MPH faster than my fastest sprint prior to broken back, 20.8 at 166 [increased 6 TriDots]. My cardio was great, still some work to do on legs. I don't know if it was always my back holding or if this program did it, but either way it is about time. My swimming TT started of the week and right away I new something was going right, 800 yds at 13:26 [from 14:28, increased 3 TriDots]. All numbers are in the pace area of my program which is attached. I don't know if my changes are normal for this type of training but it appears that you got it. Thanks for helping." –Joe Reeves

"I just wanted to say thank you... I am no longer afraid of the swim! I am actually looking forward to it! I cannot find what my last time trial was for the swim, but I think it was around 22 minutes previously. Today, I did 800 yards in 14:08!" –Gregg Tyler
